Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
NB Professional Texas is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nbprofessionaltexas@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the package and products, if applicable, so we can assist you promptly.
